The Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona moves to next spring

The Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona will be held from March 13 to 15, 2022, coinciding with the celebration of the 15th anniversary of the arrival in the city of this prestigious event in the culinary sector. Although the initial forecast of the organizers was to hold it at the end of November, it was finally decided to move it to next spring to arrive with a better health situation, which allows both exhibitors, speakers and visitors to fully enjoy an event that is backed by the recognition of the international gastronomic community.

The Forum will continue to grow to reach the new dates with an optimal format, focusing on the two pillars of the event's renewed format: training and technological innovation.

The Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona is one of the most important gatherings on the country's gastronomic circuit.
