The second part of the Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona 2023 will be held on 20 and 21 March at the Auditori-Palau de Congressos and the Fira de Girona, with a format aimed at the professional gastronomy sector. There will be a large and specialised exhibitors' fair in the Palau de Fires, a space that will be extended to the upper floor of the venue and will host specialised workshops, demonstrations and competitions.
This second part of the event will feature leading professionals who will address the major challenges facing the sector, analysing the main obstacles faced by catering businesses and publicly studying the opportunities that these also generate. It will be two days in which the Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona will be a true centre of debate, influential in decision-making and a leader in the implementation of common strategies for the benefit of gastronomy and catering.
