On January 31, a working day was held at the Divinum Restaurant, where more than 20 professionals from the gastronomy sector were present, in order to introduce the new features of this year's Fòrum prior to its publication.
This meeting helped to share and put in common, between organizers and professionals the proposals, for the actions that Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona can promote, resulting in the commitment to launch a program to search for gastronomic talent, with the affinity to maintain a closer and continuous contact with the hospitality sector.
