By means of this document, INCATIS, S.L. sets out its Policy on the collection and processing of cookies, in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE in its Spanish initials).

Third-party cookies: anonymously sent and managed by a third party unrelated to the entity in order to carry out statistical studies of the browsing of the entity’s web pages.
Analytical and/or advertising cookies: these can calculate the number of visits received by the different sections of the web pages, identify the users’ habits and tendencies, and thus improve the browsing and the service provided by the entity (basically, Google Analytics) and manage the advertising spaces included on the web pages visited by the users. They anonymously collect data in order to obtain user browsing profiles.
Session cookies: these collect and store data while the user accesses the website.
Persistent cookies: these collect and store data on the user’s device for a certain period of time.
The time varies, depending on the purpose for which they are used.
The retention period for the cookies will depend on the type of cookie in question and it will always be the minimum time required to fulfil their purpose..
In any event, users can configure their browsers in such a way that the reception of all or some of the cookies is disabled or blocked. Not wishing to receive these cookies does not constitute an impediment to accessing the information on the entity’s websites, although the use of some of the services may be restricted. If, once the user’s consent to the reception of the cookies has been granted, they wish to remove them, those stored on their device must be deleted using the options in the different browsers.
