HOW TO PARTICIPATE

This year the Fòrum Gastronòmic Girona grows in days and spaces. The 2023 edition will have plenty of open space for gastronomy lovers. On March 18th and 19th in different locations in the city of Girona, and a space restricted to professionals at the Conference Center Auditorium and the Girona Trade Fair Center on March 20th and 21th.

During the weekend, on March 18th and 19th, a set of activities will be offered in various scenarios located in the nerve center of the city, with the aim of disseminating and bringing gastronomy closer to all audiences.

On March 20th and 21th, the activity will take place in the Auditorium-Palau de Congressos and in the Fira de Girona, focused exclusively on professionals.
